This was a good and magnificent location close to the centre and the main important landmarks of the city. It also was in the historic center.

Highly professional stuff and everything was very good. We really enjoyed rooms with modern amenities. The location was excellent and perfect, at a medium distance from a colonial cathedral. We was there before now and would love to return...

Location: the hotel was near to the main square that is beautiful at night and the centre of Puebla and a large church w/. Ate at Casareyna, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. I loved the room with high ceiling.

Perfect location within walking distance to the historic sites and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and tasty with fresh ingredients. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Located in the heart of town, just a short walk from the main square, this hotel offers a beautiful, comfortable space with modern amenities. The spacious rooms feature a luxurious bed and chairs, as well as modern and clean bathrooms with powerful showers. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. The large, colourful terrace offers a great view of the surrounding area for relaxing in the breeze.

The food and service can fall short of expectations, with some dishes being overly chewy and tough, and the staff not always being helpful in arranging transfers or posting mail.

This hotel was a luxurious haven that satisfied our high-end needs. The king-size beds, fresh fruit on arrival and beautiful and spacious bathroom with high-quality amenities exceeded our expectations. The breakfast options were plentiful and the eggs made to order were delicious. The location's proximity to the attractions and landmarks made our stay very convenient. The bar and lounge area was a great option for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. Additionally, the service provided by the attentive staff was of top quality.

There was only one minor downside to this hotel, which is the street noise from outside, which we could hear even through the closed shutters. Despite this, this hotel remained worth every penny.

Perfect Getaway

My partner and I recently visited this charming hotel and we loved every single minute of our stay. We were delighted with the free parking, as it was a huge relief to know that we could enjoy all the key sights without worrying about our car. The location couldn't have been better, it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We were thrilled with the welcome cocktail and free tea and coffee bar upstairs, it made us feel immediately at home. The room was beautifully decorated and had a delightful balcony, perfect for a romantic evening.

The only thing that bothered us slightly was the street noise at night. We found it a little hard to sleep at times, but it didn't spoil our trip in any significant way.

We found the hotel to be a great value for its colonial atmosphere, very clean and well-maintained facilities, and its central downtown location, near the main square and many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved sitting on the terrace upstairs and enjoying the beautiful view of this city at night.
